    Hi, Alex,

    I have checked my website on a few smartphones directly and have noticed that the flip card doesnt work properly. Checking responsivness on different devices on PC doesnt show any problems, and I think it is because of the fact that the "hover"-function doesnt exist on smartphones. So, on pcs is everything ok with the flip card, but on smartphones you cannot filp it.

    Please, help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    What smartphones exactly? I have tested on both Android Jellybean and iOS 7 >, and they worked. It emulates hover with JavaScript (with the "touchstart" event), so unless JS is turned off on the phone it should work.

    Hi, I have tested it on just two smart-phones: iphone 6 and blackberry Q10 and it doesnt work. I cannot know whether the user has JS turned off or on, that is why my question: Is there any possibility to define with css the backside of the flipcard to be shown if the width is xyz px (with @media...) ?

    Yes, you can show the back with media queries:

    unfortunatelly, with this code I only still see the frontside (not the backside content), but mirrored.

    Hello everyone,

    Apologies for taking so long to respond, I had turned off the email notifications and completely forgot about them. I received the Envato emails today.

    Nadja, I will help with the rest of your tickets as I said, and Markus, your support period will be extended by 2 months to hopefully make up for my mistake.

    This issue is especially hard to get to the bottom of because it is specific to devices which I don't own and can't test on, but I will do my best to resolve it however I can.

    Screenshots of the problem with the code applied and without would be helpful, could you please post some?
